Our Story

Neptune was founded by Gary Neville and centres around his experience and belief that successful brands have a symbiotic relationship with their people.

With over 20 years of experience as a creative brand strategist and as a certified Employer Brand Professional, Gary’s primary goal to help organisations build their brand from the inside out.

Neptune solves brand complexities, by defining the threads and nurturing the ties between a brand and it’s audience.

We support Business and Organisational Leaders develop and implement Strategic Brand Initiatives.

This process draws from the people who make up the organisation, from the brand essence and external perceptions of the brand, all key ingredients helping define the brand strategy.
